Stencils for Surface Mount Applications
MicroScreen processes are dedicated to yielding consistent results with apertures true to size and location, pad-to-pad and stencil-to-stencil. All laser cut stencils manufactured by MicroScreen are 100% inspected for integrity using the ScanCheck AOI System. This equipment automatically does a comparative inspection against original Gerber data at 12,000 dpi. Every stencil is inspected for aperture presence/absence, blockage, positional accuracy, and size. Best of all, you have until 3 PM to approve your plot, and we ship same day, no premium, ever!
